Who is the sleep coach behind The Beemer Method?

Hi, I’m Leslie, founder of The Beemer Method! I’ve been a lover of babies and families since I was a little girl. As a sleep consultant, I bring over 30 years of experience in sleep training babies and empowering families. I am the mom of 2 beautiful grown daughters, a certified Newborn Care Specialist, postpartum doula, sleep coach, and previously a developmental nanny. I understand and continue to learn about the developmental stage of the newborn and baby stage.

I was also a tired parent, just like yourself, and understand the need for healthy restorative sleep. I am here for you to support you as you navigate through this time of getting back your sleep and learning more about your tiny human.

Each child is unique. They differ dramatically in their physical and intellectual growth. I’ll create a plan for your child that's based on their specific needs and your family’s style of parenting.

EVALUATION

Sleep isn’t only about naps and bedtimes. Many factors influence a child’s sleep schedule such as developmental milestones, physical activity, and mental stimulation. During our work together we will thoroughly examine every facet of sleep.
